awesome backwater getaway
large room clean staff big lake amazing staff
i finded the room was large and clean. it lies quietly near a big lake. best shower i had ever! all the staffs were amazing, they welcomed me with smiles and they really looked after me. ms. lekshmi really helped me at the reception.
i thinked the pool water was very warm so it wasn't really made me refreshed. i asked for cushions many times but i never received. it was a bit sad.

my lake view beautiful room included a king size bed. there was a separate sitting area. the bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. i liked it.

the hotel is near the backwaters. there is a beautiful garden on the premises. i saw many palm trees. the hotel felt very peaceful for me.

peaceful grounds excellent staff high service
The lakeside hotel offers peaceful grounds. Wildlife walks around calmly here. Staff ensured high service quality. I found all meals excellent.
Finding the location was somewhat difficult.

friendly staff excellent rooms cared garden
the staff were really warm and friendly and greeted you always. the facilities included excellent rooms and the garden was regularly taken care of. animals strolled around the lawn and added to the scenery.
the food at the restaurant was a slight letdown because of the price. i did hope for better flavors and service.
